Automotive Equipment Works（電機設備公司）現在的形式于1999年確定，歷史可以追溯至1842年，最初是一家私營公司。戰后，公司主要生產造船設備需要的零部件。自1950年以來，改名為電機設備公司，主要生產汽車零部件。Automotive Equipment Works POLMO SA主要從事內燃機排氣系統產品、氣壓制動系統的空氣罐、金屬半拖以及各種汽車金屬零部件的生產，包括汽車、卡車、拖拉機以及帶有內燃機的其它設備。 幾年前，公司開始改組、重大投資項目，翻新設備、部門重組，引進世界先進技術。如今，公司建成了大規模的現代化生態油漆車間，專為新一代壓縮空氣罐和儀表控制工具表面進行噴漆和粉漆處理。公司的產品供應給國內汽車生產商或其它零部件的主要供應商，出口歐洲的產品不斷增加。此次計劃出售公司85%的股權。

Owner (Company) Profile  Automotive Equipment Works operate in its present form since 1999. Company history dates back to 1842, where he began as a private company doe. In the postwar years the subject of production in factories was accessory to the shipbuilding industry. Since 1959 acting as a Motor Equipment Works begins production of components for the automotive industry. Automotive Equipment Works POLMO SA specializes in the production of exhaust systems for internal combustion engines, air tanks for air brake systems, metal semi-trailers and various kinds of automotive metal parts for use of these products, both for cars and vans, trucks, tractors, mopeds and working machines with internal combustion engines. The Company has in recent years carried out extensive restructuring and made significant investments. Refurbished machinery, reorganized departments, which introduced innovative technologies. The company has also recently thoroughly modernized with modern large-size and ecological paint shop for painting the surface coatings (KTL) and powder paints and a new generation production line for compressed air tanks and instrumentation department performing tool for both business needs and for sale. Company's products go to the domestic vehicle manufacturers or their major suppliers of components and increasingly for export to European countries. The subject of sale is a package of 85% of the shares of the Company.
